The community has noticed a decrease in available parking.  The board has posted notices on cars that are not in compliance with current regulations (e.g. missing tag, tag in wrong location, or tag and registered car does not match up).

PLEASE NOTE!

Keeping your car registered with the property management company and displaying your tag in the proper location (driver side rear window), makes it fast and easy for the community identify those vehicles that SHOULD NOT BE PARKING ON WOODWINDS PROPERTY.

Keeping non-Woodwinds residents off our property increases parking for our own residents.  Please get your vehicle property registered (see Documents, Forms & Instructions).  And display the tag in the proper location.
