Concrete Project Dates: Monday, October 2nd to Tuesday, October 10th

The scheduled Concrete project is well under way. Please refer to the detailed notice delivered to each resident regarding the project phase schedule as well as parking restrictions for the zones that will be affected during this project.
Asphalt Project Dates: Monday, October 16th to Friday, October 20th
As explained in the detailed project notice, residents must plan to move their vehicles to a legal parking space the night prior to scheduled work date.
Regarding suggestions on “where” to park your vehicles, in addition to street parking on Soapstone Drive, we now have permission to use the ShadowWood Pool and Tennis Parking lot from October 16th through October 21st and towing will not be enforced for our residents parked during the approved dates in the approved lots.
