Woodwinds is adjacent to a Reston Association Walking Path that leads to nearby tennis courts, Ridge Heights pool, Reston Walker Nature Center, and Hunter Woods and South Lakes Village Centers.  This path also leads to the Washington and Old Dominion (W&OD) trail which extends from Purcellville to Shirlington.  Many of our residents are pet owners who walk the paths daily.
