AFFECTING BUILDINGS 2100- 2110 GWW

EMERGENCY water shut off affecting the above buildings until 4PM (estimated) on Monday, November 30th.

Hot water heaters are being replaced and initially thought to not affect water shut off.

Management apologizes for the inconvenience due to this unexpected emergency.

Per the November 2020 Newletter, there will be no trash pickup on Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 26th, 2020.

The next scheduled pickup will be Monday , November 30th.

Regular trash pickups during the weeks of
Christmas and New Year’s.

Because of the high volume of shipping packages, our
trash collectors ask that cardboard boxes be broken
down/flattened. If you have more than the usual
amount of recyclable materials, set them out over
several collection periods.

This year’s annual meeting will be held in December
rather than in November. We are working with our
property manager to accommodate a virtual meeting
for Woodwinds owners, which will be held on
Tuesday, 8 December 2020, at 7:00 pm via Zoom.
