Notices have been posted on doors of units that need to shut off their outside faucets. This notice applies ONLY to the units listed below.
The following units must turn off either their front/side/or rear outside faucets for the upcoming season. Please follow the INSTRUCTIONS on your notice.

As of Thursday, 10/25/18 at 7:45PM, there is an emergency water shut off affecting the residents who reside at 2112 GWW through 2122 GWW due to a water leak at 2122 GWW Unit #100.
We do apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause the residents in the affected buildings. However due to the nature of the emergency, it was necessary to minimize further impact of the water leakage by shutting off the main valve.
Kiddco is on their way and will do their best to expedite the work to restore water back to the units as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The Board of Directors would like to communicate with residents at this time regarding several projects that are coming up for this fall. Due to time sensitivity, we are posting this information on the website so that residents may receive information in a timely manner.
Carport Roof Replacement
Per our reserve study, the existing carport roof replacement was planned for 2018. Cutting Edge, Inc. will begin the replacement project on October 1st, 2018. Estimated time of completion as well as start date may change depending on the weather. Currently, the rake boards are being replaced and the work being done now does not require vehicles to be moved and all this will be completed prior to starting the carport roof replacement. We will update residents on any new information that may impact the community as we receive them regarding this project.
Verizon has recently informed us that they are ready to begin the FiOs cable installation project and will begin assessment in Woodwinds beginning the week of September 10th. No details of the project schedule has been provided at this time.
Verizon contractors will be on the property and possibly on some balconies as they assess their installation project. Please note that the workers will be wearing lime green shirts.
Final Asphalt Sealing
Residents will recall the major asphalt replacement project that took place in October of 2017. As part of that project, final coat of sealant must be put on the asphalt. No dates have been scheduled at this time but we do expect to complete this final project before the winter months. Updates will be provided when available.
Water shut off notices were posted on the building doors for the units that will be affected for necessary plumbing work. Please note the following dates and the units that will be affected.
- Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 9:30 AM-12:30PM for 2116 GWW Unit 201
- Units affected 2112-2122 GWW
- Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 9:30 AM-12:30PM for 2110 GWW Unit200
- Units affected 2100-2110 GWW
Notices will continue to be posted on the actual building doors and that process will not change. The board will do its best to post this type of information on the website when we are able to for residents who value e-communication.

Back in October 2017, Finley Asphalt & Sealing Company was contracted to complete the concrete and asphalt work for the entire community. At the time, the pathways in our community (11646 Ivy Stone Ct., 11622 Golfcourse, between Ivystone Ct to Green Watch and towards the Pavillion) were all due for rework as well and it was scheduled to be completed Spring of 2018.
Due to weeks of rain during the month of May, this work was delayed and pending good weather, Finley Co. is slated to begin the pathway construction work from Wednesday, June 6th through Friday, June 8th, 2018.
Minimal disruption is anticipated and as of now only one parking spot will be cleared (Finley will post signs). The Don’s John that is on Ivy Stone Ct. is for the crew and will be removed when the work is completed.
During this time, please use alternate paths for walking your dogs.
